Every visit to this salon is a delight. The proprietor is exceptionally pleasant and delivers high-quality nail services. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and have never encountered any issues. Any nail mishaps are promptly rectified without any fuss. My nails consistently look impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment.
My initial and ultimate visit to this establishment was underwhelming. The individuals were amiable, and I did receive a partial refund for the manicure. However, the person who attended to my nails requires more practice and should reconsider providing nail services if this is the standard outcome. This is unequivocally the poorest nail service I have ever received. The attempt to rectify crooked nails by adding an extra layer of dip powder was ineffective. Numerous individuals suggested I seek a refund and recommended alternative nail technicians. If you desire uneven nails, then this is the place for you. Some nails were inadequately covered, and the following day, some nails were noticeably uneven. The filing process was overly forceful, causing discomfort. Exercise caution when selecting a nail technician. Lesson learned, as the images on their website portray vastly superior results compared to my experience.
