I had gel polish applied to my nails and toes at this salon a month ago. The gel pedicure was excellent, which is why I am giving it any stars at all. However, the gel manicure was a different story. I already had gel on my nails from a previous salon visit. I accompanied my mother to this salon, as I usually avoid it. The technician forcefully peeled off the previous gel, causing me significant pain. He then proceeded to drill aggressively, despite my nails not being in the best condition for such treatment. Since visiting this salon, my nails have been in pain and have been breaking easily. I wish they would learn how to remove gel or acrylic properly without causing damage. It seems like their methods have not improved since my last visit. I visited a nail salon for the first time today. The experience was quite disappointing. The technician insisted on removing my cuticles and chose a different nail color without my consent. The pedicure was mediocre, and the staff seemed more interested in the TV than in providing a good service.
