Adore this barbershop! I've been a loyal customer for over a decade now, that's like 10 years already! Alex is absolutely fantastic! :) When I have queries, she provides clear answers! She understands my hair preferences, how much length I want off! Offers me useful tips and guidance; I truly cherish her!! I eagerly anticipate my appointments with Alex! It feels like chatting with a close pal ❤️
If I had the option to assign negative Stars to this establishment, I definitely would. The other day, I visited to have my hair colored. Never again! I will not return here for any service! I endured over 3 hours for my "highlights" only to end up back at my original color. Upon inspecting my hair later at home, I noticed the highlights were not rooted properly. Some orange tones remained from the toner, resulting in a patchy and unattractive look. Despite my dissatisfaction, I couldn't secure a refund, and now my hair is damaged, necessitating biweekly deep conditioning treatments.
I wholeheartedly endorse Alice! She has been styling my hair for nearly two decades. Can you believe it, 20 years!!!!! She is exceptionally skilled and understands my aesthetic perfectly. I don't even need to articulate my desires; she intuitively knows what I require and desire. (I swear she can read minds 🤣🤣) I plan to remain her client for many more years.
