Additionally, she offered a discount coupon for my next appointment. She insisted I didn't need to alter my review; what mattered was giving her the chance to correct the error. I commend her for her gracious response, lack of defensiveness, and exceptional service during my visit for the fix. I'm genuinely impressed by the customer service and slightly taken aback by it. I've revised my 1-star review to 4 and eagerly anticipate returning to Southpointe Nails.
Having extremely sensitive nails, Southpointe is my top choice for manicures and pedicures. Kimmie's attention to detail, gentle touch, and efficient service are truly exceptional. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of service provided. The salon is aesthetically pleasing and consistently clean.
