I entered seeking a full set of autumn-themed nails adorned with leaf designs. I specifically requested color acrylic, yet the technician disregarded my preference and proceeded with his own design using gel polish. Despite my prior warning about gel polish chipping easily, he applied it anyway. To make matters worse, he affixed a sticker to one nail, causing bumps when coated. After just 10 days, three nails are already loosening. Avoid this salon to spare yourself from disappointment and wasted money.
Impressive nail work and great service, but after being a loyal customer for quite some time, I was shocked by the steep prices. Paying $47 for a single nail replacement and gel color change seemed excessive, prompting me to discontinue my visits. Despite the convenience of this salon due to my physical limitations, the pricing was unjustifiable. The quality of the equipment did not justify the high cost. Disheartened by the experience, I have switched back to using glue-on nails. Additionally, two nails have already broken off after just three days. For the price charged, I expected better durability and service. This unexpected disappointment has led me to realize why I may be one of the few younger clients here, as the older clientele may have more disposable income.
This establishment is fantastic! For the past 3 years, I have entrusted my nails to Kelly at Regal Nails, and she consistently delivers excellent and swift service. Opting for gel powder and polish, my nails remain flawless for nearly a month before requiring a fill, with only one nail experiencing minor lifting. Kelly's father, who also works here, is incredibly meticulous. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon.
