I entered seeking a full set of autumn-themed nails adorned with leaf designs. I specifically requested color acrylic, yet the technician disregarded my preference and proceeded with his own design using gel polish. Despite my prior warning about gel polish chipping easily, he applied it anyway. To make matters worse, he affixed a sticker to one nail, causing bumps when coated. After just 10 days, three nails are already loosening.
