I entered seeking a full set of autumn-themed nails adorned with leaf designs. I specifically requested color acrylic, yet the technician disregarded my preference and proceeded with his own design using gel polish. Despite my prior warning about gel polish chipping easily, he applied it anyway. To make matters worse, he affixed a sticker to one nail, causing bumps when coated. After just 10 days, three nails are already loosening. EDITED: The owner promptly responded after my initial review. She invited me back to the salon for a personal nail fix. In just 30 minutes, everything was rectified! Additionally, she offered a discount coupon for my next appointment. She insisted I didn't need to alter my review; what mattered was giving her the chance to correct the error. I commend her for her gracious response, lack of defensiveness, and exceptional service during my visit for the fix. I'm genuinely impressed by the customer service and slightly taken aback by it.
