My nails looked awful after my visit here, I was extremely unhappy. They were crooked and messy, and it was just a simple French tip, isn't that supposed to be easy? The nail stations are so cramped. When you sit down, you're practically touching the person next to you, and I'm petite, imagine a larger person. The nail technician even missed some spots on my nails. The prices are high, and communication was difficult. Most of their equipment looked old and worn out. I won't be returning.
I've been a loyal customer for nearly two decades. The service and work quality are consistently excellent! Jina and the other technicians are fantastic! The salon is always impeccably clean. The products they use are top-notch. I regularly get gel overlay with gel polish, spa pedicures, and massages. I've also tried waxing. I've never been let down.
It's rare for me to review a nail salon as I generally dislike them. I find the experience tedious and unsatisfying. However, Jina's nail salon truly impressed me. Not only my nail technician, Alex, but also the lady who did my mom's pedicure and all the other employees there. Despite the language barrier, their warmth and care shone through. They were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, not just a quick service. It was continuous attention from start to finish, with no detail overlooked. I'm actually considering going back for another nail appointment, which is unusual for me after leaving a salon. I'm genuinely impressed, relaxed, and feel better for having received their service.
