Wow. I am truly at a loss for words after the experience I just had at this salon. I wanted to treat my 14 year old son to something special, and he requested a manicure pedicure. So I phoned this salon and managed to secure a same-day appointment. You see, we recently lost everything we owned. Everything. My spouse of 30 years fell terminally ill, and our lives crumbled. If I could gather a few dollars to bring a smile to my son's face, I was willing to do it.
If I had the power to rate this hair salon with zero stars, I would. I opted for a gel pedicure and a fill in, only to be significantly overcharged for a poorly done job. The gel pedicure turned out well thanks to the female nail technician who took her time. However, the nail technician who worked on my nails was absolutely terrible. He disregarded the shape I requested, insisted I couldn't have that shape, filed my nails down too low with the electric buffer to the point of discomfort, and now not even 2 days later, both of my thumbs have chipped. I would strongly advise against anyone visiting this nail salon. They lack professionalism, ignore customer requests, and have the audacity to stare at you until you tip them.
