Getting waxed is never a fun experience, but the staff and atmosphere here truly make a difference for me. My technician was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also took extra care to minimize the discomfort, which is more than many technicians have done in the past. I adore the little boutique here, with so many adorable items, and everyone was so welcoming. The thoughtful details, like offering drinks when checking in for the appointment, really show that this business values the customer experience. Am I looking forward to my next wax appointment?
