Upon my hairstylist's return from vacation, there was a marked improvement in their approach! They promptly scheduled an appointment, offered flexible time slots, and delivered a beautiful result on my hair exactly as I desired. Don't settle for feeling undervalued or receiving subpar service. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, cramped, and some stylists seemed disinterested in engaging with me or fulfilling my requests? While I understand I have thick, long hair, the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
Lacked initiative in styling, failed to provide solutions or accommodate my needs, poor customer service, a disappointing experience that wasted my time.
