I visited a few days before Easter, and I absolutely ADORE my nails! Although one nail was crooked, she made every effort to fix it, and it looked perfect again. She was incredibly patient as I chose my color and even surprised me with a beautiful design when I told her to do her thing. I enjoy coming here with my mother-in-law and will be calling to book another appointment for a fill! The ladies here do amazing work! It's important for people to communicate if there are any issues so they can be resolved instead of leaving a negative review. I am a satisfied and proud customer of Real Nails, Salon & Spa! 🤗
Theresa did a fantastic job with my nails. I struggled to choose a color, and she patiently swatched 3 shades on my nails so I could select my favorite. I felt comfortable and respected during the visit. Unfortunately, I didn't have cash for tips, but she kindly allowed me to bring it next time. Thank you for the wonderful experience! The pricing is also very reasonable.
Disappointing, to say the least. She accidentally cut me three times, and one cut was quite painful. There was no apology for the mishaps. One of my nails is already lifting, and it's only been a couple of hours since I got them done. I paid $45 for a full set, which was definitely not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this place. It would have been better to check their website for prices beforehand; none were displayed at the location. Instead of verbally informing me of the price, she wrote down "45" on a piece of paper and showed it to me, waiting for my agreement.
