I wholeheartedly endorse Advanced Dermatology. The team was incredibly pleasant, and the service was top-notch. Dr. Moon, Hadley, and Karen made the entire experience reassuring.
The service was remarkably efficient and professional. Everyone displayed great kindness; it was my first visit to a dermatologist, and they guided me through the process with patience. No one was impolite, even when I missed some paperwork; they simply informed me kindly. The removal of a lesion was quick, and the numbing needle was hardly felt. I experienced no discomfort throughout the procedure. Exceptional service.
Dr. Moon is exceptionally kind. I was asked for a $500 upfront deposit for services, and when I requested a refund for the unused balance, I faced obstacles. They requested an explanation of benefits, but upon providing it, they claimed my insurance denied the claim and needed to appeal, even though my insurance wouldn't cover it due to my yearly out-of-pocket not being met. The claim wasn't filed for 3 months, leading to the denial by the insurance. While I would rate Dr. Moon 5 stars, the office receives only 1 star. Very disappointed.
