The services were top-notch. I received a root color touch-up and haircut, both done excellently! I also had a manicure and pedicure, which were fantastic too! I love the convenience of having all services in one place. The salon is lovely, and the technicians are great. The prices are a bit steep. I tried to use spa finder gift cards since they were listed as accepted, but unfortunately, they couldn't honor them at the time. That was disappointing. Overall, they provide excellent services in a pleasant salon/spa environment! Thank you, ladies!
I've been frequenting the hair gallery since 2018. Alex handles my manicures, pedicures, and body waxing. Alex is incredibly attentive and charming, I genuinely appreciate her. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone. She has also attended to my mother and friend.
Initially, I left a positive review as I dislike giving negative feedback; however, after contracting toe fungus due to unhygienic practices, I'm revising my review. I am certain I got it from this place as it was my first pedicure ever and the fungus appeared after that visit. It took me nearly a year and over $350 (3 services in 1 visit) to get rid of it. This is solely due to poor hygiene and laziness. I also got my hair styled here for about a year, maybe more. The stylist used thinning shears which caused severe thinning on one side of my hair. Although the color was decent, it never matched what I requested. After moving, I got the exact cut and color I wanted on my first visit, proving it was achievable. Charging premium prices for subpar, unsanitary services is a 0/5 ⭐️from me.
