Each visit is marred by the manager's deliberate rudeness towards customers. If she despises her job or interacting with the public, she should either be dismissed or step down. I've never encountered someone as impolite as her. I have no desire to return. I request a supervisor to contact me as this behavior has occurred on multiple occasions.

The employees consistently display hostility, verbal abuse, and a lack of availability to provide basic customer service, like check out. I had hoped this store would become my preferred choice, but that seems unlikely now. It's a disgrace to the kind-hearted Canyon community. I wish I could post a warning sign to deter others. Disheartening.

It's truly disappointing to see the store constantly understaffed with overflowing u-boats of boxed items waiting to be stocked on the sales floor, posing a safety risk. It's an unrealistic expectation for employees to balance assisting customers with stocking full-time. Understandably, the employees may appear disgruntled when forced to juggle these tasks. It seems unfair if their performance is judged based on stocking rather than customer service skills, which should be the priority. Hopefully, the manager and Dollar General can address the staffing issue to alleviate the burden on employees and transform the store into a community-centric establishment to be proud of.
