Each visit is marred by the manager's deliberate rudeness towards customers. If she despises her job or interacting with the public, she should either be dismissed or step down. I've never encountered someone as impolite as her. I have no desire to return. My 8 bridesmaids, the mothers of the bride/groom, and I received hair services at Salon Bella for my wedding. They were incredibly accommodating, providing us with a private area for our belongings and food. Additionally, they allocated a separate room for my makeup artist. The stylists were receptive to feedback and promptly addressed any concerns. Our hair turned out beautifully, and I wholeheartedly endorse Salon Bella for brides seeking elegant updos.
