Absolutely the worst spot in Austin, I took my daughter for a haircut and they charged me 75 dollars. When I inquired about the high price, the owner informed me that it was their standard rate. He was extremely rude, started shouting, and behaved in a very disrespectful manner. I am considering reporting him to the authorities. This is the most unsatisfactory place for any service. He constantly talks about God, but he is a dishonest person who treats others poorly. Very let down.
I visited today, and it was an amazing experience. The women and the owner are incredibly kind! My three year old daughter wanted bangs, she was a bit shy but EVERYONE asked for her name and engaged with her and us. They allowed us to stay with her, and are very laid-back individuals. It may not be the most upscale place, but it's definitely worth it. Also, for bangs they quoted $15, but only charged $10, I left a tip and I'm looking forward to going back soon. I've never had such a positive experience elsewhere. ❤️❤️
