Oh dear. I was assigned a trainee who took 1.5 hours to do my nails. I understand that practice is necessary, but why charge full price for subpar work? The gel polish looks uneven and patchy—a truly disappointing job.
While I appreciate that everyone has to start somewhere, I simply wanted a basic gel manicure. I had to ask for corrections twice, and if I hadn't spoken up, they would have let me leave with patchy, bubbly nails. I reluctantly paid for the service just to leave, but I won't be returning. I strongly advise against going there.
The nail technician did a poor job on my pedicure. Despite requesting gel polish, it was messy and ended up all over my toes. I also experienced pain on one toe due to excessive gel application, but when I brought it up, she laughed. The French white tip I asked for was poorly done as well.
