Oh dear. I was assigned a trainee who took 1.5 hours to do my nails. I understand that practice is necessary, but why charge full price for subpar work? Absolutely the worst spot in Austin, I took my daughter for a haircut and they charged me 75 dollars. When I inquired about the high price, the owner informed me that it was their standard rate. He was extremely rude, started shouting, and behaved in a very disrespectful manner. I am considering reporting him to the authorities. This is the most unsatisfactory place for any service. He constantly talks about God, but he is a dishonest person who treats others poorly. Very let down.

If you seek an affordable saddle to ride in, opt for a Corriente Saddle. I ordered a Sheridan Saddle, and it was a huge letdown, notably lower quality than a Corriente (which already set a low bar for a production saddle). 1. Order was incorrect despite confirmation. Missing major details like tooled seat, 6 strings reduced to 4, and a traditional skirt instead of a round one. 2. Asked me to pay return shipping for THEIR mistakes, over $200. 3. Poor quality, wide seat like a dining table, uncomfortable bars. Stirrup leathers not cut forward enough, saddle unfit for my horses. Only offered $50 and two leather strings after all this.
