Would not suggest. The listed prices did not align with the final bill. When inquired, I was informed of a $20 additional charge for gel polish during a pedicure, which was supposedly discounted. Unbelievable...! If there's going to be an extra charge, shouldn't there be prior consent? No added services like massage or hot towels. The service felt rushed after a long wait, and the quality was subpar. I feel deceived. Ended up paying over $55. Save yourself the trouble and seek services elsewhere. You'll likely have to go elsewhere for corrections anyway. A disappointing way to spend my money and only day off.
Cassie & Kai provide exceptional nail services and are a delight to be around. I've been a loyal customer since my late teens, approaching 14 years now. Their rates are reasonable, and their conversations are enjoyable. At this stage, they feel like family, and I eagerly anticipate my monthly appointments. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else! 😊
I adore my nails! Wonderful experience, with friendly staff. Excellent recommendations and a wide range of vibrant colors to choose from. The only downside was the pricing confusion, leading to a higher payment than anticipated.
