Returned to Golden Flower to give it another opportunity and I'm delighted I did. My experience was entirely different from my previous visit. Susan provided me with an excellent massage. **Riley at Luxe Artistry was phenomenal! I had been considering permanent lip color for years but was never impressed with results from other places until I saw Riley's work. I reached out with some questions beforehand, and she was incredibly kind and responsive. During my appointment, she created a comfortable atmosphere and was down-to-earth and enjoyable to chat with. I brought in photos of my preferred lip color style, and she used them to design my permanent lip color! Today, on 9/19/23, I had my touch-up appointment two weeks after the initial one to address some areas where the ink didn't take due to years of wearing long-lasting lipstick. With the Hydrate wipes she provided, those areas were easily filled in. I highly recommend Riley and Luxe Artistry for any permanent cosmetic needs! Would not suggest. The listed prices did not align with the final bill. When inquired, I was informed of a $20 additional charge for gel polish during a pedicure, which was supposedly discounted. Unbelievable...! If there's going to be an extra charge, shouldn't there be prior consent? No added services like massage or hot towels. The service felt rushed after a long wait, and the quality was subpar. I feel deceived. Ended up paying over $55. Save yourself the trouble and seek services elsewhere. You'll likely have to go elsewhere for corrections anyway.
