This place deserves zero or negative stars if that were possible. I specifically instructed the technician not to thin out my eyebrows as I prefer them to be thick and full in the center with a defined arch. I pointed out the areas that should not be touched, but she didn't even let me finish explaining how I wanted my eyebrows done. She completely messed up my eyebrows, doing exactly what I had asked her not to do. I left the salon internally crying because unlike others, it takes months for my eyebrows to grow back. I usually get them done every 2 to 3 months. I don't remember her name, but I know I visited the salon after 5:00 pm, and it was an older woman with glasses who worked on my brows. Avoid her at all costs as she doesn't listen to instructions. When I raised my concerns about the thinning, she flat out denied it and suggested using castor oil to make them grow back thicker. All I wanted was a cleanup, but I left with two completely different-looking eyebrows – one thin and round like a rainbow, the other with a misplaced arch. The shape near my nose was off, and my brows were rectangular instead of arched. It's a disaster. I wish I could show a before and after picture, but now I have to wait 5 to 6 months to get them back in shape. Trash!!! Not even an eyebrow pencil can fix this mess.
On my third visit for a Brazilian and threading, and I couldn't be happier. Asma is fantastic! She is incredibly meticulous and patient, ensuring that the job is done correctly rather than quickly.
I had a wonderful experience at the salon with Yara handling my lashes and Asma taking care of my brows. The location is convenient with ample parking, and the establishment is spotless. They were both very polite and ensured that I was happy with the final outcome. ## Brows in picture not yet done.
