Thank you for the feedback. I have more evidence of your lack of professionalism! The use of "ghetto and destitute" from an establishment that tolerates substance abuse is astounding! I have never raised any issues with previous work I've had done. Therefore, the review pertained to the Raven tattoo! Your motivation solely being money is evident in your continuous work. You seem to believe people are not entitled to change their minds, which reflects a lack of manners. Your preconceived notions about individuals from Brownsville, although I am not from there, speak volumes about your character. I hope your response enlightens other readers about my experience. This place deserves zero or negative stars if that were possible. I specifically instructed the technician not to thin out my eyebrows as I prefer them to be thick and full in the center with a defined arch. I pointed out the areas that should not be touched, but she didn't even let me finish explaining how I wanted my eyebrows done. She completely messed up my eyebrows, doing exactly what I had asked her not to do. I left the salon internally crying because unlike others, it takes months for my eyebrows to grow back. I usually get them done every 2 to 3 months. I don't remember her name, but I know I visited the salon after 5:00 pm, and it was an older woman with glasses who worked on my brows. Avoid her at all costs as she doesn't listen to instructions. When I raised my concerns about the thinning, she flat out denied it and suggested using castor oil to make them grow back thicker. All I wanted was a cleanup, but I left with two completely different-looking eyebrows – one thin and round like a rainbow, the other with a misplaced arch. The shape near my nose was off, and my brows were rectangular instead of arched. It's a disaster. I wish I could show a before and after picture, but now I have to wait 5 to 6 months to get them back in shape. Trash!!!
