What a ridiculous situation! My daughter and I visited this establishment on a Saturday afternoon, only to be told that they couldn't provide a haircut because they claimed to be fully booked for the day at 3:00pm, even though they close at 7pm. Nowhere was it mentioned that an appointment was necessary for service! To make matters worse, the staff were all engrossed in their phones and couldn't attend to us. It was a complete waste of our time!
This establishment is subpar. My friend and I visited, and the barber only trimmed a single hair but still charged me a whopping $65. I do not recommend this place.
I arrived at the salon early, just 35 minutes after it opened, hoping to get a shape up. Unfortunately, the barber I preferred (Alex) was unavailable due to others being ahead of me. I ended up going to the barber next to him in a rush. I was not satisfied with my shape up as my beard was trimmed shorter than I wanted, despite expressing my desire to grow it out. Disappointed, I chose not to address my concerns with the barber at the time. Looking back, I regret not leaving and going to my usual barbershop the following day. Additionally, in my opinion, the haircuts here take too long to complete, requiring a substantial time window (2.5-3+ hours) if you plan to start your day with a cut without being late for work or other commitments.
