Boutte rescued me in a hair crisis after a stylist I had an appointment with canceled on me a couple of hours before. She was understanding, empathetic, and speedy! Moreover, she was quite affordable and managed to create my desired style (for a wedding) with no issues. I was only in town for the wedding, but if I ever find myself back in the area, I will happily return for a loc maintenance session. After numerous attempts, I believe I've discovered my salon and stylist. Harmony was excellent in her communication, patience, and most importantly, friendliness even when faced with my numerous questions. I opted for a silk press and trim (I usually wash my own hair but would trust Harmony to do it!) at a very reasonable price, and I was thrilled with the results. She made the beginning of my birthday celebrations extra special. What a ridiculous situation! My daughter and I visited this establishment on a Saturday afternoon, only to be told that they couldn't provide a haircut because they claimed to be fully booked for the day at 3:00pm, even though they close at 7pm. Nowhere was it mentioned that an appointment was necessary for service! To make matters worse, the staff were all engrossed in their phones and couldn't attend to us. Update ….I HAVE A FUNGUS!! That thumb that was cut in the above pic. Went to the ER to have nail removed after finger down to wrist swelled and was is agonizing pain. After nail was removed… nail bed was green. Hospital advised it comes from cuts on cuticles from dirty supplies.
