The service was speedy and exceptional, with everyone extending a warm welcome from the moment I stepped inside. The atmosphere in the studio was positive, but there's a recurring issue — the piercer often fails to secure the piercing balls tightly. Both of my piercings from this studio suffered from the balls coming loose, causing significant annoyance. It seems like he was rushing and didn't take the time to ensure they were properly secured, leading to the balls falling off. Even my elderly grandmother could tighten them better than he did! This wasn't just my experience; several friends who accompanied me or visited separately faced the same problem — the balls were consistently loose. Despite this, the service was efficient, and there was good communication.
