I frequent this spa specifically for waxing and facials. Previously, I visited Mary Frangie who is no longer there, but now I exclusively see Sam. They are professional, possess a great demeanor for newcomers seeking services like lash lifts, eyebrow tinting, and Brazilian waxes. What I particularly appreciate during brow sessions is that they pause every few minutes to allow you to assess and provide input on the shape, focus areas, etc. No question is too embarrassing to ask them (I brought my mother here for a Brazilian wax as a first-timer, and Sam explained the entire process before proceeding).
