Theresa is fantastic! She did an amazing job on my hair! Eagerly anticipating my next appointment. The salon exudes a wonderfully relaxed vibe. I quickly felt at ease. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the prices were very reasonable.
I managed to secure a slot on the same day I phoned in for a haircut and color, which was perfect given my circumstances. Mindy did a stellar job for me, and she was incredibly personable too. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Phoned in advance and inquired if the proprietor had experience with creating a very loose perm on fine baby hair. She affirmed her expertise and commitment to personally handling it. However, an employee ended up performing the procedure. Despite showing visual references of my preferences, I received a tight perm using small rollers that transformed my hair into a mass of dry frizz, an issue I am still addressing four months later. This is by far the worst salon I have ever encountered. I wouldn't even bring my pet there.
