I visited this place before and had issues with my gel polish lasting long, but since it was a while back and they're the sole option on Sundays, I decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, not even a week in and my nails are already missing a significant amount of polish with chipping. Typically, gel nails from other salons last for weeks. Disappointed, but the staff was pleasant during my visit.
I adore the fact they're open even on a Sunday! Despite being their final client, I didn't feel hurried. Alex provided exceptional care! The service here surpasses any other nail salon I've visited. Affordable, spotless, and meticulous! I'll certainly return.
I've been a regular here for quite some time, and while the nail artistry is commendable, the product quality is lacking. After a week, my nails are starting to break in spots, despite gentle treatment. The nail technicians can be hit or miss - some are excellent, while others are not. I noticed a missed spot on my thumb during the final gloss application, which was never acknowledged by the technician. During my last visit for dip nails, it took three people an hour and a half to complete. Now, I have to decide whether to return for a fix or endure two weeks with nails that catch on everything. The cost is over $55 each time, excluding tips, for a dip fill. I'm considering trying a different salon.
