I've been coming to this salon for a decade. Alex is the stylist I always request to do my hair. They are friendly and consistently nail the style I ask for. Despite living further away now, I still make the trip here for my haircut. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

By far the worst experience I've had. I showed them a picture of passion twists and was told to buy the hair myself. The end result resembled kinky twists, not passion twists. Initially, I accepted it. However, on the same night, 20 braids came undone. When I returned for a fix, I was informed that they wouldn't last, despite being told otherwise. A few months back, I came in for a belly button piercing, but it ended up rejecting due to a botched job by the previous piercer. When I noticed my jewelry barely hanging on, I returned to the studio. I was informed that the former piercer had erred, but was no longer part of the team. The studio only offered me a discount for a re-piercing.
