The service has declined significantly. The barber seems preoccupied with their phone and neglects proper beard grooming unless specifically prompted. The quality of service has diminished compared to previous visits. I have decided to find a new barber shop.
Every worker appears quite friendly, but if you desire a precise haircut, this may not be the spot for you. My son adores coming here and has had positive experiences with the stylists. However, when my husband requested a shoulder-length cut, the stylist abruptly switched to clippers and gave him a youthful, trendy style instead of the intended look. Despite clarifying his preference multiple times, the stylist seemed displeased when my husband did not tip generously and offered unsolicited advice. Needless to say, he won't be returning.
I visited for an Edgar cut, but it has been almost a month since and my hair is still uneven. While previous experiences were satisfactory, one barber's work was subpar this time, leaving my haircut in a messy state.
