Highly recommend. I went in for a tattoo for me and my daughter, and Mr. Alex did an outstanding job.
Alex was fantastic! He is working on a cover up tattoo for me and I can't even put into words how incredible my experience has been. The communication was excellent, Alex incorporated all my ideas seamlessly, the studio was pristine and inviting, and the artwork was exceptional. The final tattoo exceeded all my expectations, and I am overjoyed. In just 2 sessions, Alex transformed something I was ashamed of and had been concealing for over a decade into a piece of art that makes me want to revamp my wardrobe because this tattoo is too stunning to hide. Alex and his studio have gained a loyal customer in me, and I will be recommending him to anyone in need of a tattoo.
We had a terrible experience at Ink Haven on Saturday, 11/2. We brought our 11 year old son to get his second ear piercings for his birthday. We hoped for a better job and a memorable experience for him.. NONE of that happened. The piercer, Alex (who is also the owner) barely acknowledged my son or us as his parents. He seemed aggressive and unfriendly. He didn't allow my son to choose the placement of the piercing and didn't let us decide either. He bluntly said 'it's my call' and pierced his ear without our consent. After finishing, he didn't say a word to us. He immediately started chatting with someone else while we were left standing there until another staff member told us we could leave. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. He completely ruined the experience for our son. We will NEVER return there and will make sure not to recommend them to anyone else!!
