My visits to BB are always a delight. Sonja consistently addresses my skin concerns with care and attentiveness during each session. She even goes the extra mile by providing me with coffee and a snack before I arrive. ❤️
I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience. I had made an appointment for eyebrow services two weeks in advance and had even placed a deposit. The service was to be provided by Sonia M. However, communication with her was a major challenge. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there was no response. My friend had to physically visit the salon twice as calls went unanswered. Even when I emailed Sonia, her replies were delayed by days. Furthermore, Sonia suggested an appointment outside of regular hours at 8:15 am on a Saturday. My friend and I arrived at Beauty Boulevard at 8:10 to ensure punctuality, but we ended up waiting for almost an hour with no sign of Sonia. These appointments were intended to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was clearly communicated as such. Last-minute arrangements for such services are incredibly challenging, and Sonia's lack of respect for our time was evident. Despite seven hours passing since the missed appointment, there has been no effort to apologize or offer a refund for the deposit. This entire experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Sonia's services to anyone.
When you visit a salon, you seek professionalism, flexible scheduling, a positive atmosphere, and an overall satisfying experience. Beauty Boulevard excels in all these aspects. These skilled individuals genuinely prioritize their clients' well-being. Discovering this hidden gem has been a delightful experience, and I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere.
