I absolutely adore this establishment! I had my underarms treated here, and the nurses and staff are incredibly kind. After completing 6 sessions, I now have minimal hair growth in that area. The atmosphere is delightful, with a clean environment and complimentary tea/coffee and treats for patients. I eagerly await their reopening post-COVID so I can continue with treatments for the rest of my body.
I have been a patron of this establishment for approximately 3-4 years. I am uncertain if there has been a change in ownership, but I am dissatisfied with the service I have received recently. I typically purchase a package of 2 sets of 6 sessions, but I am consistently unable to secure appointments. The wait time is often 2-3 months out. The previous receptionist used to accommodate me due to the short duration of my sessions. My last visit was unsatisfactory. Despite leaving two voicemails today, I have not received a response as they primarily communicate via text. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding the departure of Mary. One individual mentioned she only works twice a week, while another stated she no longer works here. I can no longer endorse this establishment.
The staff at this establishment are always friendly and professional. The facilities are consistently clean and well-maintained. My experience with hair removal treatment on my beard and neckline has been very positive. The staff always takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and the expected results. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service provided!
