I adore the fact that DeWalt's is situated right in the Town of Butler. I frequent the store often due to its convenience and unique merchandise offerings. However, there is a downside. The principle of "the customer is always right" does not seem to apply here. In the past, I bought a product that did not meet the usual quality standards. Despite this, they adamantly refuse to provide refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Their stance is that once the product leaves their premises, any issues become solely the customer's concern. Today, I am sharing this review because I recently purchased Vitamin D, only to realize upon reaching home that it was on sale, yet I was charged $3.50 more than the sale price. The sale tag was discreetly placed near the regular price tag. Once again, I was informed that it was my responsibility to notice the discrepancy, and that the item was not on sale as I thought. Despite being a loyal customer who frequently supports their business, I left feeling dissatisfied.

A charming health food store nestled in the heart of Butler. I was thrilled to discover many of my favorite items that are typically only accessible online or in larger cities. Additionally, they provide a space for hosting classes, seminars, and presentations, adding to the store's appeal.

It's always a delight to come across establishments like this while traveling. I make an effort to show my support, but when the prices are significantly higher compared to other places for the same products, it becomes challenging to justify continued patronage. It's interesting to note the availability of unpasteurized breast milk as well.
