I am absolutely enamored with this establishment. The attendant is extremely friendly and ensures that you are as comfortable as possible while having your hair removed. Despite the distance, I always return due to the exceptional service. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.
I have been eager to visit this establishment for more than a year, and today I finally entered to receive a lower leg wax and a deep facial. However, I sought information about the wax and facial products beforehand due to my sensitive skin. Unfortunately, the customer service was abysmal... the attendant was incredibly rude to me and my child! My child, a 3-year-old, was scolded and had a decoration snatched from her hand. I have never felt so uneasy in a beauty salon before! I was appalled by the rudeness and had to leave.
I underwent brow threading and was delighted by the treatment I received. The ambiance was fantastic, and the attendant was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place, as I have had my brows threaded here 4-5 times, and they always do an excellent job! The process is not painful, and after threading, they offer a choice of aloe vera or oil for soothing the skin. I prefer aloe vera as it is gentler and does not cause breakouts on my skin. Each person has their own preference.
