During a recent visit for a pedicure, the technician cut my nails excessively short, leading to ingrown nails on five of my toes. The pain escalated rapidly, necessitating a visit to a podiatrist for nail removal via incision, with a two-week healing process. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, I only received a gift card as compensation, no refund. I requested the trendy Hailey Bieber glazed donut nail design and she exceeded my expectations. The prices are reasonable and I was thrilled with the final result. As for my pedicure, I'm unsure who started it - a young brunette, I wouldn't choose her again but the lady who completed it - did an exceptional job.
