Regrettably, my long patronage of this establishment has come to an end. During a recent visit for a pedicure, the technician cut my nails excessively short, leading to ingrown nails on five of my toes. The pain escalated rapidly, necessitating a visit to a podiatrist for nail removal via incision, with a two-week healing process. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, I only received a gift card as compensation, no refund. On a subsequent visit, the same technician repeated the poor nail cutting.
