This is my favorite place! I've been a loyal customer for years! I trust only a few individuals with my upkeep. Sam does my eyebrows and never fails to impress. She understands my preferences and always delivers! All the ladies here are so kind! Thank you for your excellent service :)
I relocated to Chicago 1.5 years ago and was anxious about finding a suitable salon. With thick eyebrows, finding the right shaping can be challenging. Fortunately, I discovered Lotus! Kiera is not only skilled but also attentive to customer needs. The other staff members are equally delightful and fantastic. Highly recommended <3
If you're considering a facial, steer clear of this place! I terminated the service after the extractions. It was a complete disappointment. The esthetician had the audacity to suggest I lacked experience because I was a first-time visitor, despite my 15 years of facial treatments. This was the first time I walked out of a session prematurely. To top it off, I was charged an extra $20. Ridiculous!
