I have been to this salon several times and has by far been the BEST hair salon experience that I’ve ever had! The booking process on StyleSeat is very easy and straightforward, but even if I have to call Jaylen with questions she always answers quickly and thoroughly. I’ve never had to come in and wait for her to start my hair, I am the only person booked for my slot. And while I’m under the dryer she’s able To-Do other clients. She has a great booking process! The salon is calming, smells good, and always has the 90s jams playing. Since going, my hair has grown so much and become more healthy. So idk what the treatment is, but it works lol. Recently got a wig made by her, I was very apprehensive due to the price, but it was so worth it! Looks natural and is light. Overall 5 stars, great stylist !
10/10 experience. I wasn’t sitting in there all day, the timing was on point even with 3-4 other clients, everything goes smoothly. Jaylen is super nice and always make sure I know exactly what we’re doing and why. I just relaxed after 8 years and she’s making sure my hair stays healthy. 100% recommended ❤️
She is just as her name suggests. She is professional, knows her craft and delivers each and every time. My hair was relaxed, treated and reshaped as I’m currently growing out a pixie. She does it ALL; natural hair, relaxers, color, wigs etc. The salon is always spotless and tastefully decorated. Snack and refreshments for clients at no cost. I love that there is never a wait and she is ready for you at your appointment time. I can also appreciate the fact that she works quickly without sacrificing quality. My only regret is NOT becoming a client sooner.
