If it were possible, I would grant this establishment 10000000 stars for their consistently exceptional customer service. Over the course of more than a decade, I have frequented this establishment, always met with the best service. When visiting, be sure to request Henna, a highly sought-after professional who is always eager to assist, albeit with a potential wait. Their threading, waxing, and eyelash services are top-notch. I particularly appreciate the natural look and longevity of my lashes following Henna's work, lasting up to three weeks. Additionally, they now offer vajacials, a service I have yet to try but am eager to experience. I highly recommend giving this establishment a chance, ladies.
I must commend the talented individual who performed my pedicure, as their skills were truly exceptional. However, the conduct of the establishment's owner or owners left much to be desired. Upon entering, I requested gel nails and a gel pedicure, and was provided with the pricing and estimated wait time. Following a wait of over 30 minutes, my pedicure was completed. Yet, when it came time for my nails, the owner suddenly feigned forgetfulness and refused to allow the talented individual to proceed. "It's closing time, we close at 8," she asserted. Despite having a flight to catch the next day, had the owner clearly communicated that nail services were unavailable, I would have sought assistance elsewhere. Instead, it appeared that profit took precedence over professionalism. Such behavior is unprecedented in my experience, and I have no intention of returning to this establishment.
