The pain escalated rapidly, necessitating a visit to a podiatrist for nail removal via incision, with a two-week healing process. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, I only received a gift card as compensation, no refund. On a subsequent visit, the same technician repeated the poor nail cutting.
