Regrettably, my long patronage of this establishment has come to an end. During a recent visit for a pedicure, the technician cut my nails excessively short, leading to ingrown nails on five of my toes. The pain escalated rapidly, necessitating a visit to a podiatrist for nail removal via incision, with a two-week healing process. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, I only received a gift card as compensation, no refund. During my first visit to this salon last week, I was thrilled to have discovered this gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Jeffry took care of me and he was so attentive and charming. He even offered me coffee, making me feel like a valued guest in his home. The owner, who I had spoken to when making the appointment, personally greeted me upon my arrival. She was absolutely delightful. He not only captured my vision perfectly, but he also flawlessly executed a 10-hour session for my latest piece, which was intricate and demanding. Not very informative and failed to provide any advice on prevention. I had to push for information on how to avoid ingrown toenails. He didn't assist with removing the nail and made the situation worse (it's now bleeding and painful). He criticized the urgent care that performed the emergency removal, when in reality, they were helpful. Both he and his nursing staff were highly unprofessional.
