She is extremely skilled, efficient, and I felt at ease throughout the process. She also has an Instagram account you can follow. I requested the trendy Hailey Bieber glazed donut nail design and she exceeded my expectations. The prices are reasonable and I was thrilled with the final result. As for my pedicure, I'm unsure who started it - a young brunette, I wouldn't choose her again but the lady who completed it - did an exceptional job. I used the Harper concealer after using Emily Johnson and it felt so thick and heavy under my eyes and lid. I inquired why it looked that way, expressing its sentimental value as a family heirloom since I was three. The woman callously replied, "No," dismissing my concerns. She even questioned its authenticity, claiming real silver wouldn't look like that. I felt insulted by her attitude and lack of respect for cherished possessions. I demand a refund for the botched service. I found a reputable place on Knickerbocker that correctly identified it as real silver and provided the appropriate care. I will never return here.About

The pain escalated rapidly, necessitating a visit to a podiatrist for nail removal via incision, with a two-week healing process. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, I only received a gift card as compensation, no refund. I have been to this salon several times and has by far been the BEST hair salon experience that I’ve ever had! The booking process on StyleSeat is very easy and straightforward, but even if I have to call Jaylen with questions she always answers quickly and thoroughly. I’ve never had to come in and wait for her to start my hair, I am the only person booked for my slot. And while I’m under the dryer she’s able To-Do other clients. She has a great booking process! The salon is calming, smells good, and always has the 90s jams playing. Since going, my hair has grown so much and become more healthy. So idk what the treatment is, but it works lol.
