Providing an update as of 4/15/24… I continue to entrust my nails to Kelly, who consistently delivers impeccable results. The salon has welcomed new staff, and Kelly remains as busy as ever. I have always been satisfied with the service provided. As previously mentioned in my reviews, clear communication is key. The staff members, for whom English is not their first language, are all incredibly kind. I recently brought my seven-year-old son for a manicure, and his nail technician displayed remarkable patience.
Kelly was absolutely fantastic! She expertly applied a gel fill that left my nails looking incredibly natural and perfectly short, a detail that some salons overlook. She even went the extra mile by creating a custom gel color for me, blending a specific shade of pink with delicate sparkles. Her genuine kindness and passion for her craft truly shine through!
Performed by an individual clearly inexperienced with gel nails. Despite requesting a specific color, they attempted a makeshift mix instead of informing me of the unavailability, prompting me to switch to a different color they did have. The owner had to intervene multiple times to oversee the application of base clear gel layers. I will not be returning, not even for a correction. The experience simply isn't worth it.
