I was fortunate to secure a last-minute appointment with Rejoice, a highly skilled stylist. The head massage and hair wash were exceptional, setting the tone for a great experience. Despite requesting a corrective color, Rejoice noticed that the tone wasn't ideal for my complexion and took the time to rectify it at no extra cost. The final result was stunning, and I highly recommend her services.
Scheduled a haircut for women with a short pixie style. Upon arrival, there was a delay in receiving assistance at the front desk. The staff member who eventually attended to me was quite brusque and did not engage in any personal interaction. The stylist, upon learning of my desired cut, abruptly stated she does not do clipper cuts and was unsure why I was scheduled with her. Despite offering an alternative solution, the overall negative atmosphere led to a disappointing experience.
During my appointment with Rejoice, I requested a silk press and a trim. However, the outcome was more of a blowout due to the stylist attributing the weather conditions as a hindrance to achieving a silk press. It was evident that the tools required for handling 4C hair were lacking. Rejoice frequently left the area to check her phone, with the hair wash being the only enjoyable aspect of the appointment.
