Everyone was extremely friendly, discussing pricing and details beforehand. Giving 4 stars as I'm not satisfied with how dark my hair still is. I had hoped for a lighter shade, but it is what it is now. Perhaps I didn't fully explain my end goal. We spent more time debating mini highlights when I clearly expressed a desire for thicker highlights. The test strand was well done, but the final result was not what we agreed upon. The lack of confidence was evident. There was more focus on justifying decisions rather than understanding my vision.
Exceptional experience! After being turned away by another salon for a trendy pixie cut, I scheduled a same-day appointment with Amanda. She was absolutely amazing! By considering my curl pattern and photo references, she provided valuable suggestions to achieve the desired look. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The shop's ambiance was fantastic - clean and stylish. I highly recommend Amanda and this salon to everyone! 😁
