Everyone was extremely friendly, discussing pricing and details beforehand. Giving 4 stars as I'm not satisfied with how dark my hair still is. I had hoped for a lighter shade, but it is what it is now. Perhaps I didn't fully explain my end goal. We spent more time debating mini highlights when I clearly expressed a desire for thicker highlights. The test strand was well done, but the final result was not what we agreed upon. The lack of confidence was evident.
