I am a regular at The Hair Factory and every visit is fantastic! My hairdresser, Crystal Lewis, takes wonderful care of my natural hair, and Todi is, without a doubt, one of the top braiders in the industry! The barbers are exceptional (Jonathan is outstanding), and the ambiance is lively and enjoyable. I highly endorse this establishment for the whole family...you will not be let down!!
I admire my hairdresser, Yolanda. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied with the service and pays attention to every detail to make sure his customers are happy. I highly suggest Yolanda and Anna (who provides an excellent scalp massage during the hair wash) to anyone looking for a new salon. You will leave this place satisfied. I completely trusted his expertise with a much-needed haircut. Absolutely love it!!
J is an impeccable barber. I have tried out various barbershops in my time due to my location. However, I always find myself back in J's chair. There's truly nothing quite like a "J Cut." I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone of any background to entrust J with their haircut. A definite 5-star experience!
