I scheduled for 9, the hours displayed on the window outside indicated 9-6 Tues-Fri. I arrived at 9 and found it still closed with no one present. After waiting for 30 minutes with no sign of anyone, I made two calls that went straight to voicemail. I then left and went to another salon. At 11:41, exactly two hours and 41 minutes after my appointment, I received a text from the stylist who was supposed to attend to me at Pretty Girls Hair Boutique. The message implied that I had not shown up, and only after I explained the situation did they mention being busy and lacking staff, offering to reschedule and accommodate me... 2 hours and 41 minutes after my original appointment time.
